Melinda Eitzen is a family law attorney and a partner in McClure Duffee & Eitzen LLP, a Dallas and Collin County based law firm. Melinda was president of the Plano Bar Association from 2007-2008, has served as a director of the Association since 2005, and was Chairman of the Collaborative Law Alliance of Collin County in 2007.

Scott Clarke is a Certified FInancial Planner and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst who is in private practice in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He currently series on the Board of Trustees of the Collaborative Law Institute of Teas and provides training to other financial professionals on the role of the financial neutral in collaborative divorce in Texas and throughout the country.

Vicki M. James is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Vicki works as a team member in collaborative divorces helping to facilitate communication. She is a member of the Collaborative Professionals, where she is on the Civil Law Committee. Vicki is also a member of the Texas Collaborative Law Council, Inc.
